Peptara Labs COA: Certificates of analysis, third-party lab tested by Titreon. Every batch, on the record.
Published by Peptara Labs · Updated · How we research and check our pages
Peptara Labs publishes each COA here in full, and each third-party certificate of analysis names Titreon Analytical, the lot, the certificate number, the HPLC purity and the month of testing.
Every Peptara Labs peptide is verified by Titreon Analytical, an independent laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (not itself accredited). Each batch is checked for purity by HPLC, identity by LC-MS, net peptide content, sterility, bacterial endotoxin, heavy metals, and fentanyl. Key batches also carry a second, independent bacterial endotoxin report from Janoshik, an analytical lab widely used for third-party peptide testing, and every certificate is downloadable.
What every certificate confirms
Identity by HPLC and LC-MS. Chromatographic purity against a not-less-than 95.0 percent release criterion. Net peptide content, sterility, bacterial endotoxin, heavy metal screening, and a fentanyl immunoassay. Across the current catalog, measured purity runs from 95.48 to 99.62 percent, and Janoshik independently reports bacterial endotoxin on the latest key batches.
Which certificates are published?
The register below is read from the same records that draw the certificate cards, so a figure here and on a card cannot disagree. Select a compound to jump to its card, where the full Titreon Analytical PDF opens.

Each certificate below is from a recent batch, issued by Titreon Analytical. Batches marked Janoshik also carry an independent bacterial endotoxin report. To match the exact batch you received, message us with your order number.
Why your vials arrive plain
Your vials ship unlabeled on purpose. Plain packaging keeps your order discreet in transit and at your door, and it is standard for research-grade material, not a sign that anything is off. Because there is no lot printed on the vial, the simplest way to tie your batch to its certificate is by order number: send us yours and the team will confirm the exact batch you received.
New to reading one of these? We walk through this exact BPC-157 certificate line by line in how to verify peptide purity, and the wider question of where to buy peptides covers what else to check on a vendor besides the testing.
Enter a lot number from any Peptara certificate or report. Vials ship unlabeled, so if you only have the vial, message us your order number on WhatsApp and we will confirm your batch.

What does each certificate test?
Seven tests, and each one answers a different question. Purity alone says nothing about which molecule is in the vial or what else came with it, which is why the panel is wider than a single percentage.
| Test | How it is measured | What it answers | Published result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identity | HPLC retention-time match plus LC-MS mass confirmation | Which molecule is in the vial | Confirmed, with the method named on each card |
| Purity | HPLC, against a not-less-than 95.0 percent release criterion | How much of the sample is the intended peptide | 95.48 to 99.62 percent across the published certificates |
| Net peptide content | Measured in milligrams for the batch | How much peptide the vial holds | Printed for each batch in the register above |
| Sterility | Culture of the batch for microbial growth | Whether microbial contamination was found | No growth |
| Bacterial endotoxin | Titreon panel, plus a Janoshik report on the Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu batches | Whether bacterial endotoxin is present | Within limit; the Janoshik reports give EU per vial |
| Heavy metals | Arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead | Whether those elements are present | Not detected |
| Fentanyl | Immunoassay screen | Whether fentanyl is present | Not detected |
Which batches have a second, independent endotoxin report?
The Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu batches. Each Janoshik report carries its own report number and a verification key that anyone can enter at janoshik.com/verify, so the document can be confirmed with the laboratory rather than taken from this page. The link Janoshik hosts for each report, and the steps to check one, are on the Janoshik tested peptides page.

Frequently asked questions
Who tests Peptara Labs peptides?
Every batch is tested by Titreon Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (not itself accredited). Select batches also carry an independent bacterial endotoxin report from Janoshik. Peptara does not run its own purity testing.
What does each certificate confirm?
Identity by HPLC retention-time matching and LC-MS, chromatographic purity by HPLC against a not-less-than 95.0 percent release criterion, net peptide content, sterility, bacterial endotoxin, heavy metals, and a fentanyl immunoassay screen.
Are these certificates per batch?
Each certificate shown is from a representative recent batch of that peptide. If you want the certificate that matches the exact batch you received, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will send it. There is no lot printed on the vial, so the order number is what ties your batch to its certificate.
Do you screen for fentanyl and heavy metals?
Yes. Every full-panel certificate includes a fentanyl immunoassay screen and elemental impurity testing for arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and lead. All returned Not Detected on the published batches.
Can I verify the exact lot I received?
Yes. Vials ship unlabeled on purpose, so verification runs on your order number: message us on WhatsApp with it and we will confirm the exact batch you received and send the matching certificate. The certificate number on each report can also be referenced with Titreon Analytical.
Does Peptara Labs test with Janoshik?
Yes. Our Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu batches carry an independent bacterial endotoxin report issued by Janoshik, in addition to the full Titreon Analytical certificate. Each Janoshik report is linked on its certificate card and can be verified at janoshik.com/verify using the unique key printed on the report.
What is a Janoshik report and how do I verify it?
Janoshik is an independent analytical laboratory widely used for third-party peptide testing. Each Janoshik test report lists the sample, batch, and result, plus a unique verification key. Enter that key at janoshik.com/verify to confirm the report is genuine and has not been altered.
What is the bacterial endotoxin level of Peptara Labs peptides?
Bacterial endotoxin is part of the Titreon Analytical panel run on every batch. Select batches also carry a second, independent endotoxin report from Janoshik; where one exists it is linked on the certificate card. Message us with your order number and we will send the reports that match your vial.
How is peptide purity tested?
By high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), which separates a sample into its components and reports the main peak as a percentage of what was detected. A purity figure means something only beside its method and its release criterion: on these certificates that is HPLC against a not-less-than 95.0 percent criterion, with identity confirmed separately by LC-MS.
Which peptide vendors publish COAs?
Any vendor can write "third-party tested"; the ones worth trusting publish the certificate itself, name the laboratory and tie it to a lot you can look up. Peptara Labs publishes its Titreon Analytical certificates on this page with a lot lookup, and the guide to judging peptide companies lists the checks to run on any vendor.
Verified quality, every order
Every vial ships with a batch you can verify by order number.
Browse the catalog, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will send the matching certificate of analysis.
